Things come up last minute, and we offer options to expedite projects to meet your deadline on most of our products and services.  A rush job may be subject to additional charges.  Please contact our customer service department to review available options.

What kind of bindery/finishing options are available?

Laminating, Book Binding (Spiral, GBC/Comb, Saddle Stitch, Perfect Bound, Tape Bound), Hole Drilling, Stapling, Folding, Scoring, Perforating, Foil Stamping, Embossing, Numbering, Die Cutting, and much more.

How do I get my completed order?

Completed orders can be picked up, delivered, or shipped (shipping may incur additional costs).

Why is a graphic proof important?

It allows our clients to see how the finished job will look before it is printed and gives our clients the opportunity to make changes before the job enters production.

How does the proofing process work?

If you order directly with one of our locations, over the phone or in person, a graphic proof will be sent via email for you to approve after an order is confirmed.  Once approved, we can begin production. If you order through our online designer, you will be presented an online proof to make a final review before submitting your order.
